The construction of trusses and bridges requires a support that bears the dead weight of the structure as well as the additional loads.
The SE 200.21 support fulfils this function within the MEC Line series and can be used for various experiments in combination with other accessories. It is one of the smart, communication-enabled components. The support can be mounted horizontally or vertically in different positions in the SE 200 mounting frame. The stainless steel mounting frame provides direct and wireless data transmission and power supply for the smart components.
The support is equipped with an electronic module. In experiments, the forces acting in the x and y directions are measured and displayed directly on the support and in the GUNT software as a measured value. An integrated angle measurement is used to determine the installation position.
The GUNT software identifies the position and location of the installed supports and reacts dynamically to changes. The visualisation in the software always corresponds to the actual experiment setup. The measured values are analysed in real time. The support is clearly laid out and well protected in a storage system.
