Sanitation fittings for kitchen or bathroom are available in a variety of shapes and with different functions. They have different properties, e.g. pressure loss or mixing temperature.
ST 210 can be used to investigate the function and operating behaviour of common sanitation fittings, such as mixer or flush valves.
The trainer has a branched pipe system with hot and cold water connection. Pressure reducing valves are used to adjust the water supply pressure. Flexible connecting hoses, a movable wall connection for different mixer sizes and a connection for flush valves are available as connection options for the sanitation fittings.
The unit includes a mixer as wall fitting, a mixer as stand fitting and a flush valve. The flexible connection possibilities allow other products to be studied.
Sensors for pressure, temperature and flow rate are included in the cold and hot water supply. A temperature sensor that measures the mixing temperature is included in a separate pipe section, which is connected to the outlet of the fitting being investigated via a hose.
