En los cojinetes hidrodinámicos, los árboles y los semicojinetes están separados entre sí por una película lubricante portante durante el funcionamiento. La presión en la película lubricante se genera en el cojinete de deslizamiento hidrodinámico a través del movimiento relativo entre el semicojinete y el árbol. Para evaluar los procesos tribológicos en el semicojinete de un cojinete de deslizamiento, es de especial relevancia la posición del árbol en función del número de revoluciones y la carga.
El banco de ensayos TM 290 permite analizar un cojinete de deslizamiento radial con lubricación hidrodinámica. Cinco árboles con diferentes diámetros permiten evaluar el comportamiento de funcionamiento en función del juego del cojinete.
La carga radial del cojinete de deslizamiento se aplica y se mide electrónicamente a través de un volante. El momento de rozamiento se mide con un sensor de fuerza. El accionamiento del árbol se realiza a través de un motor trifásico. El número de revoluciones se puede ajustar sin escalonamiento mediante un convertidor de frecuencia y se muestra digitalmente. La temperatura del aceite se ajuste con ayuda de un regulador.
Los sensores de desplazamiento inductivos registran el movimiento relativo de los árboles en el cojinete. La medición permite trazar una curva local del árbol en función de la carga y el número de revoluciones. La posición se mide, se determina y se indica en cuatro puntos del árbol en sentido X e Y.
La temperatura, la presión y la presión máxima del aceite en el cojinete se registran y se indican en otros sensores. Los valores medidos se pueden leer en displays. Los valores se pueden almacenar y procesar con ayuda del software para la adquisición de datos adjuntado. La transferencia al PC se realiza a través de una interfaz USB.
