En el análisis experimental de tensiones, las tensiones que se presentan en los componentes se determinan a través de la medición de deformaciones. En la industria, las deformaciones se registran con frecuencia por medio de galgas extensométricas. Dado que las galgas extensométricas suministran sólo señales de medición analógicas de pequeña magnitud, estas señales se tienen que amplificar en amplificadores de medida. A continuación se transforman en impulsos digitales y se indican como valores medidos. Estos valores se pueden analizar y procesar en el PC.
FL 152 es un amplificador de medida multicanal con el que se alimentan los circuitos en puente de galgas extensométricas y se tratan las señales de medición recibidas. El amplificador de medida contiene 16 canales de entrada. Los puntos de medición con galgas extensométricas se conectan a través de un conector hembra múltiple de 68 contactos.
El amplificador de medida multicanal se maneja con pantalla táctil o en el PC con ayuda del software adjunto. Se conecta al ordenador a través de una conexión USB. Los valores medidos se pueden leer en la pantalla táctil y en el software y guardar en el PC (p. ej. con MS Excel).
